                               Additional Listing



Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority for 532,793 new
ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List, and to the
London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities. It is expected that admission will occur and
dealings will commence on 20 May 2003.


These shares are to be issued at a deemed price of £1.372 to satisfy additional
consideration of £730,993 for the purchase by the Company of the whole of the
issued share capital of Anglian Pharma Plc and part of the issued share capital
of Anglian Pharma Manufacturing Limited, which was announced on 20 May 2002.
