De La Rue plc: Change of record date
De La Rue declared an interim dividend per share of 4.0 pence on 22nd November
2000 payable on 6th April 2001 to shareholders on the register on 9th March
2001.
The Company has decided to change the record date from 9th March 2001 to 26th
January 2001. The dividend payment date remains 6th April 2001.
