The Company has been notified that on 27 July 2007 Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited ('MSSL') and the group companies which are direct or indirect holding
companies of MSSL, disposed of an interest in the shares which resulted in a
total holding of 20,668,606 shares, being approximately 3.99% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
