Notice of AGM

Dolphin announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at Gowling WLG, 38, avenue de l'Opéra, 75002 Paris, France at 10 a.m.

The resolutions bring proposed at the AGM are summarised below: 

Resolution 1       Adoption of the Annual Report and audited accounts for the Company for the year ended 31 December 2022.

Resolution 2       The re-appointment of Sean Hurst as a Director of the Company

Resolution 3       The re-appointment of KPMG Cyprus as auditors.
