Overseas Asset Management (Cayman) Ltd has discretion to vote these shares pursuant to discretionary investment management agreements with its clients. The shares are held as follows: Indirect - State Street Nominees Ltd 15,000,000, Indirect - Roy Nominees Ltd 7,000,000.
