Treasury Shares 

DCC plc announces that on 19 May 2008, 457,000 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription prices paid for these shares ranged from €6.22 to €8.19 per share.

DCC now has a total of 81,272,165 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 6,957,239 shares held in treasury.
