                                Treasury Shares

DCC plc announces that on 28 March 2007, 3,714 shares were transferred out of
the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options
under the DCC Sharesave Scheme 2001. The subscription prices paid for these
shares ranged from €8.79 to €12.63.

DCC now has a total of 80,413,148 shares in issue excluding treasury shares 
and 7,816,256 shares held in treasury.
