DCC plc, the sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, has completed the acquisition of Benegas, BP's liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution business in the Netherlands and north Belgium.
Details of the acquisition were set out in a DCC Stock Exchange announcement on 21 September 2012.
