DCC completes acquisition of Comtrade SA

DCC plc announces that it has completed the acquisition of Comtrade SA, a leading distributor of consumer electronic and audio visual products to the French retail sector.

Details of the transaction were set out in a DCC Stock Exchange announcement on 23 August 2010.
