Re: Change of Venue for Annual General Meeting

I wish to advise that DCC's Annual General Meeting will be held at the
Burlington Hotel, Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4 on 6 July 2001 at 11.00am.
This is a change from the venue which was advised with our Preliminary Results
Announcement on 14 May 2001. Formal Notices of the Meeting will be posted to
you and to our shareholders on 7 June 2001 together with the Company's Annual
Report.
