DCC completes acquisition of Chevron's UK Oil Distributor business

DCC plc announces that it has completed the acquisition of the trade, assets and goodwill of the Chevron Limited UK 'Equity Distributor' business.

Details of the transaction were set out in DCC's Stock Exchange announcement of 15 August 2008.
