The Company has been advised that following the sale by Allianz Cornhill
Insurance plc ('Cornhill') on 16th August 2006 of 5,250,000 shares (registered
in the name of Bank of New York (Nominees) Limited) Allianz AG and its
subsidiaries together with Cornhill no longer have an interest in the issued
shares capital of the Company.
