Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, confirms that certain employees have exercised options during June under the CVS Group 2019 SAYE Plan (2019/2023) totalling 13,458 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

The sum of 13,458 new Ordinary Shares were issued to satisfy the balance of Ordinary Shares arising from the SAYE Exercise.  Admission of the 13,458 new Ordinary Shares has been satisfied by the Company's block listing admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 30 December 2021.

Following the issue of these new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, the Company has a total issued share capital of 71,423,902 Ordinary Shares, each carrying one voting right. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number of voting rights is therefore 71,423,902.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
