Director Resignation

CVS Group plc (AIM: CVSG), one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, announces that as disclosed in the Annual Report,  Christopher Marsh stepped down from the Board at yesterday's AGM, having retired by rotation and not sought re-election.

Commenting on Christopher's retirement, Richard Connell, Chairman of CVS, said:

"CVS would like to thank Christopher sincerely for his valued input and expertise during his time on the Board. His advice has been valuable to the Company and we all wish him well for the future."
