The Company announces that on 1 July 2010, Richard Connell, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 100 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Connell's interest in the Company is 69,391 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital.

The Company also announces that on 1 July 2010, Brian Pound, a Director of CVS (UK) Limited (a subsidiary of CVS Group plc) purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 100 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Pound's interest in the Company, including that of his wife, Mrs Pound, is 871,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.5% of the issued share capital.
