CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, was notified that earlier today, Nick Perrin (Finance Director) purchased 3,000 ordinary shares at 171 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Nick Perrin is interested in 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.005 per cent in the total voting rights of the Company.
