Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:

As at 6.00pm on 20 December 2013, following a conversion of 696,456 ordinary Euro shares to 578,666 ordinary Sterling shares, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 157,690,776 ordinary Sterling shares of £1.00 and 166,615,025 ordinary Euro shares of €1.00.

Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 351,113,233. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure (351,113,233) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
