Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company") notifies the market of the following: 

As at 6pm on 20 November 2013, following a conversion of 6,326,331 ordinary Euro shares to 5,350,692 ordinary Sterling shares and 1,459 ordinary Sterling shares to 1,725 ordinary Euro Shares the Company's issued share capital consisted of 157,112,110 ordinary Sterling shares of £1 and 167,311,481 ordinary Euro shares of €1. Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 351,132,649. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure (351,132,649) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
