CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited

Voting Rights and Capital as at 25 June 2013.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.

On 25 June 2013, the ordinary share capital of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") was admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

As at 25 June 2013, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 150,849,080 ordinary Sterling shares of £1 and 174,729,500 ordinary Euro shares of €1, each with voting rights.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company are 325,578,580.

The above figure (325,578,580) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
