April 2016 Share Conversion

The Company announces the conversion of a number of Euro Shares into Sterling Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Sterling and Euro shares as at 31 March 2016 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 31 March 2016), the current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Euro Shares to Sterling Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 0.784931 Sterling Shares per Euro Share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 152,742 Euro Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 119,892 Sterling Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Sterling Shares will commence on 29 April 2016.  The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
