November 2015 Share Conversion

The Company announces the conversion of a number of Euro Shares into Sterling Shares  and the conversion of a number of Sterling Shares into Euro Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Euro and Sterling shares as at 30 October 2015 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 30 October 2015), the current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Euro Shares to Sterling Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 0.709734 Sterling Share per Euro Share. The current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Sterling Shares to Euro Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 1.388889 Euro Shares per Sterling Share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 416,432 Euro Shares and 18 Sterling Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 25 Euro Shares and 295,555 Sterling Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Euro Shares and new Sterling Shares will commence on 27 November 2015.  The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
