Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held on 26 June 2016 at 10:00am.  The business of the EGM is to consider an amendment to the Company's investment policy which seeks to permit an increase in investments in companies/borrowers domiciled, or with material operations, outside of Western Europe.

Formal notice convening the EGM and related papers will be sent to shareholders and posted on the Company's website shortly. They will also be made available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
