The Company is pleased to announce that its fourth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place on 3 April 2017 at 10am. Formal notice convening the AGM and related papers will be sent to shareholders and posted on the Company's website shortly. The Directors would like to draw the attention of Shareholders to two resolutions proposing amendments to the Company's investment policy and to the terms and conditions of the Contractual Quarterly Tender Facility.
