Dividend Declaration - Ordinary Shares

The board of directors of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited has declared a dividend of £0.01375 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.01375 per ordinary Euro Share.

The dividend will be payable on 1 September 2017 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 11 August 2017 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 10 August 2017.
