Completion of November 2014 Share Conversion

The Company today announces the conversion of a number of Sterling Shares into Euro Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's shares as at 28 November 2014 (and using spot currency exchange rates as appropriate as at 28 November 2014), the conversion ratio, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of incorporation, is as follows:

Sterling to Euro 1.260993

The Company received conversion notices in respect of 400,000 Sterling Shares, on this basis applications have been made for the admission of 504,397 Euro Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market").

Application has also been made for the listing on the Official List and admission to the Main Market of 504,397 Euro Shares. It is expected that such applications will become effective and that dealings in the new Euro Shares will commence on 29 December 2014.

Following Conversion (which is expected to take place on 29 December 2014) the total number of voting rights in the Company will be announced on 29 December 2014.
