Appointment of a New Non-Executive Director

The Board of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited announces that Ms Stephanie Carbonneil has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from today.

Ms Carbonneil is a senior investment management professional with expertise in investment trusts, asset allocation, multi-asset class portfolio management and manager selection across a wide range of asset classes. Ms Carbonneil has particularly strong experience in business development, distribution and client relationships in both the UK and Europe.

The Board is very pleased to welcome Ms Carbonneil and looks forward to the significant contribution she will make.

In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Ms Carbonneil.
