("Curtis Banks" or the "Group")

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")

On 7 June 2022, the Company has granted options to the following PDMRs under the Curtis Banks Group Plc 2022 Sharesave Scheme ("SAYE scheme").

Under the terms of the SAYE Scheme, the following PDMRs are committed to making contributions over a three-year period. As at 1 August 2025 (the maturity date) these accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over Ordinary Shares of 0.5p par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which have been granted at 208 pence per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, the PDMRs will have an option over the number of shares in the Company set out in the table below.
