Dividend Timetable

The Company announced today that it will recommend a final dividend for the
financial year ending 27th March 2004 of 0.9p per share for approval by
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 28th July 2004.

The dividend timetable is as follows:-

Ex Dividend Date              Wednesday 7th July 2004
Record Date                   Friday 9th July 2004
Intended Payment Date         Friday 6th August 2004
