Disposal

The Company announces that it has completed the sale of its 100% owned South African call centre subsidiary, The Phone House (Proprietary) Limited, to eTelecare Global Solutions, for a cash consideration of £3.7m. In conjunction with the purchase, eTelecare has entered into a three year agreement to provide outsourced call centre services to TalkTalk Group customers in the United Kingdom.
