Director Shareholding


On 29th June 2005 James Dale, a director of the Company, exercised 300,000 share
options in the Company with an exercise price of 83 pence per share. Following
this exercise, Mr Dale immediately sold 300,000 shares at a price of 181 pence
per share.

Mr Dale continues to hold 150,500 shares in the Company, representing
approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
