Director Shareholding


The Company gives notice that Charles Dunstone, Chief Executive Officer,
transferred 450,000 shares by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable
Trust on 1 April 2004.


As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 306,078,535 shares
representing approximately 35.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
