Director Shareholding

The Company hereby gives notice that on 17 December 2003 Charles Dunstone, Chief
Executive Officer, and David Ross, Deputy Chairman, agreed to gift 2.5 million
shares and 1.75 million shares respectively to certain senior executives of the
Company as part of a scheme to retain and reward key employees.  These gifts are
conditional on each beneficiary continuing to be employed by the Company on 1st
October 2006.

After these gifts, the respective holdings of Charles Dunstone and David Ross in
the shares of the Company are as follows:

Charles Dunstone   306,528,535 shares representing 35.1% of the issued share capital

David Ross         214,840,759 shares representing 24.6% of the issued share capital
