                               Interest in Shares

The Company has today received notice that Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux, a director
of the Company, has today pledged 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
capital of the Company in favour of JP Morgan Chase Bank as security for a loan
('Pledge Shares').

There is no change in his overall shareholding in the Company which remains at
13,038,670 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company
(including the Pledge Shares), being 1.56% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
