Director Shareholding



Charles Dunstone, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 451,000 shares in the
Company by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust on 23 March
2007.  He is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trust.



As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 297,577,535 shares
representing approximately 33.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
