The Company received notification today that David Goldie, an executive
director, exercised 824,375 nil cost share options and sold the resultant shares
at a price of 367.732 pence per share

After this sale, Mr Goldie continues to hold 823,495 shares in the Company,
representing 0.091% of the issued share capital of the Company.
