Director Shareholding

The Company gives notice that, under the terms of the Annual Deferred Bonus Plan
which was approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2004, the
following awards of shares in the Company have been made to directors for
performance in the year ended 2 April 2005.  These awards will vest and become
exercisable one year after the date of grant.
