Director Shareholding


Charles Dunstone, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 450,000 shares in the
Company by way of gift into The Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust on 8 February
2006.  He is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trust.

As a result of this transfer, Charles Dunstone now holds 298,028,535 shares
representing approximately 33.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
