Director Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that Nigel Langstaff, Chief Financial Officer, exercised a total of 157,501 share options and retained ownership of all the shares.

Following this transaction Nigel Langstaff is now interested in 657,501 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
