Director/PDMR Shareholding

David Ross a director of the Company, has today sold 15 million shares in the Company at 217.5258 pence per share and the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust ('EBT') purchased all of these shares at the same price, being the volume weighted average price of the Company's shares over the previous 3 days. 

After such sale, David Ross holds 178,840,759 shares representing approximately 19.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
