Director Shareholding

John Gildersleeve, Non-Executive Chairman, has today sold 138,026 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 108.75 pence per share. This sale was effected by Mr Gildersleeve for tax planning purposes. 

Following this transaction, John Gildersleeve is interested in 246,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.027% of the issued share capital of the Company.
