Director Shareholding

The Company received notification today that Andrew Harrison, Executive
Director, and a related party, exercised the following share options:

366,666                                  £0.90



These shares were sold at a price of £3.30.

After this sale, Andrew Harrison and his wife, T.Harrison, continue to be
jointly interested in 401,400 ordinary shares, amounting to approximately 0.045%
of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also received notification today that James Dale, an Executive
Director, exercised 222,222 share options with an exercise price of £0.90 and
200,000 share options with an exercise price of £1.50.  These shares were also
sold at a price of £3.30.

After this sale, Mr Dale continues to hold 168,044 shares in the Company,
representing approximately 0.019% of the issued share capital of the Company.
