The Company gives notice that following the exercise of 12,671 options to buy
shares in the Company at 73p under the Save As You Earn scheme, David Goldie
sold 250,000 shares in the Company at 333p on 12 January 2007.  After this sale,
David Goldie remains interested in 820,021 shares in the Company, representing
approximately 0.09% of the issued share capital.
