Completion of Tele2 Mobile France

Further to the Company's announcement on 15 October 2009, it is pleased to confirm that Virgin Mobile France, of which the Company owns 47.5%, completed the acquisition of Tele2 Mobile France on Monday 14 December on the terms stated in that previous announcement.
