The Company announces that, in accordance with the intention stated in its
prospectus dated 18 January 2007, it has drawn down £33.5m under its loan
facility with Lloyds TSB Scotland plc for a term to 28 September 2012. The
Company has entered into an interest rate swap transaction to fix the rate of
interest on the loan.  The all-in rate payable by the Company on the loan is
5.8635 per cent per annum.
