The Board of Investors Capital Trust plc ('the Company') reports, with deep regret, that Mr Micky Ingall died suddenly on 28 February 2009. Mr Ingall had served as a non executive Director of the Company since its launch in 2007 and had been a Director of the predecessor company since 1999. The Board would like to record its sincere gratitude for the valuable contribution that Mr Ingall made to the Company.
