INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that a first interim dividend of 1.6p
per ordinary share should be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September
2007. The dividend will be paid on 30 March 2007 to shareholders registered at
the close of business on 2 March 2007.
