INTERIM DIVIDEND
The Directors of the Company have resolved that a first interim dividend of 1.4p
per ordinary share should be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September
2006. The dividend will be paid on 3 April 2006 to shareholders registered at
the close of business on 3 March 2006.
