INTERIM DIVIDEND
The Directors of the Company have resolved that a second interim dividend of
1.4p per ordinary share should be paid in respect of the year ending 30
September 2005. The dividend will be paid on 31 October 2005 to shareholders
registered at the close of business on 9 September 2005.
