INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend of 1.5p
per ordinary share should be paid in respect of the year ending 30 September
2006. The dividend will be paid on 2 October 2006 to shareholders registered at
the close of business on 1 September 2006.
