The Board of BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC announces that on 14 October 2020 the Company purchased 25,000 Income shares of £0.094976101 each at a price of 117p per Income share to be held in treasury.
Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 46,885,537 Income shares and 36,113,210 Growth shares, of which 25,000 Income shares and nil Growth shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC is 46,860,537 Income shares and 36,113,210 Growth shares.
The above figures (46,860,537 Income shares and 36,113,210 Growth shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
